Returns Policy

30 Day Return or Exchange Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your product/s due to quality or a manufacturer’s defect you can return the item for an exchange or refund. The item must be in its original packaging and unused to be accepted as a return, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Saber Fitness Ltd. will only cover the return postage fee if the fault is a manufacturing defect. Saber Fitness Ltd. will only refund the postage fee if the fault is a manufacturing defect.

All items are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage caused by misuse. 

• Damage resulting from excessive usage (wear and tear). 

• Damage as a result of tampering. 

• Damage resulting from exposure to chemical substances. 

• Incorrect storage  

• Accidental damage

Returns 

Please email info@saberfit.co.uk detailing your order number and the item you wish to return.

Include reason for return and whether you would like and exchange or refund. 

From receipt you have 30 days to return an item. 

The item must be in its original packaging and unused to be accepted as a returned, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.  

If 30 days has passed since you purchased the item then unfortunately we cannot accept a return (refund or exchange). 

If an item is returned it will be inspected and reviewed before a refund or exchange is issued, this can take up to seven days.

Exchanges will be posted within 1 – 3 working days and refunds will be issued via the method of payment.

Saber Fitness Ltd. will only cover the postage fees if the fault is a manufacturing defect.
